LEARNING
DESIGN
We help you create personalized learning experiences to suit your learners’ needs.
Throughout our design process, the learner is always the focus. Whether we are co-creating an entire courseware, shifting learning platforms, or designing instructional materials, we make decisions that will benefit, support and empower teachers and their learners.
THE PROCESS
We think transparency is what brings us clarity, confidence and ultimately, the success of our endeavours. Below you will find the process we use in order achieve our projects’ goals.
ANALYSIS
We listen to you
and your ideas.
We collect important information and listen to your needs, ideas and vision for the project.
DESIGN
Dream big.
Make a pan.
We will present a project process plan to align expectations, timelines and workflow.
DEVELOPMENT
Dot the i’s and
cross the t’s.
We will develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and LMS/ software selection. The first usability tests happen now.
IMPLEMENTATION
Let the fun begin!
We have carefully designed, developed and reviewed each step of the process. It’s time to share it with our learners.
EVALUATION
Tell us how we are doing.
Ongoing evaluation of instructional materials and outcomes is key. We look back at our design in order to move forward.
ABOUT FERNANDA ANDRADE
Hi there!
After 10 years experience as an educator, my journey in Instructional Design & Technology started in the Spring of 2017 in the IDT Program at the University of Tampa (UT). Since then, I have created and developed multimedia artifacts such as e-Learning modules, infographics, podcasts and videos.
In 2017 I had the opportunity to intern for the Educational Technology Department at UT. In 2018, I took a position as an Instructional Designer at Park Street Imports, and spent two years developing e-Learning modules for Onboarding Training, Compliance, Logistics and others, using the Articulate Suite. As the Learning Design Industry increasingly becomes the focus of most organizations, I am excited to be a part of this flourishing scenario and co-create state-of-the-art, effective and meaningful learning experiences.
